The strategic alliance (VAR agreement and planned Joint Venture) with Astris Energi Inc. (OTCBB:ASRNF) is expected to be dissolved if and when in July (July 10, 2007) Astris shareholders agree to a sale of the company's assets.
There are no other strategic alliances with any other companies at this time.
