Sean C. Froats, Secretary & VP Operations

During AEC's initial phase of financing, Mr. Froats' extensive technical knowledge in the IT and manufacturing fields, have allowed him to focus on the creation of the corporation's technical and operational infrastructure. His background with professional design software such as; AutoCad & Solidworks have afforded AEC the ability to virtually conceive and test products in-house, avoiding the typical need to outsource.

In addition to his operational and IT responsibilities, Mr. Froats oversees the creation of all corporate marketing and sales collateral through the use of a number of specialized design, video editing and publication software tools. His team designs and develops all in-house logos, stationery, reports, graphics, technical drawings as well as film presentations for the company.

Initially in 1997, Mr. Froats joined his father, Blaine Froats, to develop a new and innovative polymer (plastic) formula for the home construction molding industry. He set-up and operated the first pilot plant to manufacture the line of molding products, working closely with mold makers, marketing firms and the financial community. In particular, Mr. Froats initiated the concept and technical design for a new product for a unique market - third world shelters. From inception to completion, Environmental Shelter Corp. became a subsidiary of EPG, by which Mr. Froats designed the units and extrusion channels required to produce marketable prototypes.

Mr. Froats' employment experience includes operational and sales management positions held with such companies as Costco and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
