Jack Wasserman, Treasurer

As Treasurer and Director of AEC, Mr. Wasserman reports directly to the Chairman and CEO. As a financial officer of the company Mr. Wasserman is responsible for management of cash flow and banking relationships. A Chartered Accountant for over 27 years, Mr. Wasserman brings a wealth of experience to AEC. He has held positions as Sr. Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., Sr. External Auditor with Revenue Canada, and Vice President Finance for Yorkville Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Wasserman has built a number of successful business franchises from concept to creation.
